POLICY RESTRICTIONS AND SHIPPING GUIDELINES-POLICY
All shipping charges and risk of loss become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is directly the error of Purely CBD Mexico, ie we sent it to the wrong address because of our error.
We do not guarantee or control the actions or errors of the shipping carrier, including the time it takes to get delivery or loss of the product.
*This includes lost or damaged, or heat damaged items that occur during shipping.
Expect shipping delays with all shippers because of the Covid situation. This is outside the control of Purely CBD Mexico.
We wrap all packages carefully, put them in a sealed bubble envelope and photograph them before they are shipped. We suggest you have packages sent to the local carrier office so they cannot be lost or misdelivered. You may buy insurance to protect your purchase and we suggest you do so.
Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt at the shipper office and will be considered delivered. Please contact the office if you receive a notice that the shipper has tried to reach you. This is your responsibility, not the responsibility of Purely CBD Mexico to make arrangements for delivery or pickup of the product.

We strongly suggest you have your items sent to the local carrier office to avoid delivery errors or delays.
Check your address carefully if you opt to have items sent to your home. Provide a description of your home to aid in delivery and cross streets.
Provide us with a Mexican phone number so the carrier can contact you. They will not contact or call a USA or Canadian number.
You can buy insurance for any packages at an additional cost, inform us before we ship it. The client is responsible for pursuing any insurance claim. We will provide photos of the wrapped item and box/ envelope used in shipping if required.
Check about the delivery of your package by going to the shipping company site and typing in the rastreo # we sent to you after we shipped the package.

DISCREPANCIES AND SHORTAGES
If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returned containers must have the tamper proof seal still on it and be un-opened. All discrepancies, errors, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 10 days from the date you receive your order.
